  • In a first meeting the objective is defined.
  • Typically, I work with a team over a long time. In doing so, I support the team members in raising their awareness of current patterns.
  • I also urge them to use their strengths and resources to improve relationships, processes and, ultimately, team performance.
  • This is done by creating a secure environment in which members can open up to work together to find the right solutions for the team.
