I am a trained in two highly renowned coaching methodologies: Co-Active® Coaching developed by the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI®) and Relationship Systems Intelligence (ORSCTM) created by CRR Global. My approach to coaching is based on both the Co-Active® and the ORSCTM models which provide powerful tools for engaging with individuals and teams and have been supported by current scientific research. The foundation of these methodologies is based on people as well as relationship systems naturally being creative, resourceful and whole and thus as a coach I do not need to "fix" or "correct" anything. As a coach I simply enable people to find their own way forward to achieve and live their dreams.

 

A partnership between the coach and the client forms the basis of my coaching, in which the coach controls the process, the client is responsible for the implementation and meeting the client’s needs is the objective.
